Egg Sandwich
This egg sandwich is a simple and quick recipe that can fill you up.
It is perfect for those lazy mornings and has a delicious balance of
seasoning, cheese, and egg.
Ingredients
- 2-3 Eggs
- 2 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 1/4 Cup of Cheese (4 Mexican Blend)
- Spoonful of Spicy Mayo
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Set pan to low / medium heat. Apply olive oil
- Start toasting bread, not too crunchy
- Eggs in pan, leave one with yolk not broken
- Wait roughly 2-3 minutes for slow cook on eggs
- Mid cook add cheese and bagel seasoning
- Flip eggs before yolk is fully cooked through
- Let residual heat cook egg to completion
- Remove bread and apply spicy mayo
- Assemble your sandwich by placing egg and enjoy
